Queen Alrescha Gingertail was the wildcat queen and main antagonist of Diadem in Hollyfire53's fan-fiction story, Hollyfire's Tale. She had once mated a wildcat named Thorntail Gingertail, but she later wounded him with his own sword that he had given Alrescha, and forced him to lie on a part that would cause the cave below that her daughter, Corinea, was trapped in to avalanche, killing both wildcats.
Alrescha first launched an attack on Kitalpha, but lost her top warrior, Menkar, in betrayal. Alrescha later returned to find that the old thrasher Sirius had slain her Captains, then she thought of a plan to get a shadow badger named Sadalmelik.
Later, Alrescha told her Captains that she didn't think all the squirrels had been killed in the attack on Kitalpha, and she ordered them to escape to Salamandastron, and capture the last squirrels.
Alrescha found and killed most of the Kitalphian squirrels, but was later slain by Hollyfire in a double-kill.
