Schedar was the squirrel-guard guarding Kitalpha when Alrescha Gingertail attacked. Schedar was a good friend of Rigel Squirrelking's. He was slain along with many others, and his death was specifically mentioned as one of the ones that broke Rigel's heart.
Schedar also appeared later a few times to warn Alrescha of Hollyfire's future attack, to no avail.
